Do you feel overwhelmed by nutrition information and don’t know where to start?

Do you know what to do but can’t seem to make it happen?

Do thoughts of food, weight and body image crowd your precious mindspace?

I’m here to help.

I believe in keeping nutrition simple

As in getting back to basics in the kitchen with a real food  approach that embraces nutrient-packed, minimally processed, whole foods.

I believe in mindfulness.

That means switching off auto-pilot-eating, tuning-in to your body’s needs and getting true satisfaction from your food (finally).

I believe that health is wealth.

If you dream of a life of abundance, freedom and wealth, then you must start with health.

I believe in loving your lifestyle.

Since the best diet is the one you can stick to, you’ve got to love your lifestyle in order to live it.  What does that mean? It means eating whole foods for nourishment and because you love how they make you fell, it means moving your body for pleasure instead of punishment and it means loving your body for all that it is, instead of hating it for what it isn’t.

I believe in YOU.

My mission that somewhere along the way, whether through a blog post, vlog, workshop, recipe, instagram, tweet, pin or coaching, I can help you ditch the diet, eat well, celebrate your body and feel like YOU again.
