 What you can expect 

  • Nutrition with Vanessa Perrone: We will discuss mindful eating and how to mindfully navigate food cravings and overeating. 
  • Yoga with Nicole Jones: We will practice developing an awareness of sensations, thoughts and emotions that come up without attachment and welcome the idea that everything is impermanent.
