Cependant, lorsque je n&rsquo;ai pas cet ingr\u00e9dient sous la main, l&rsquo;ail r\u00f4ti est mon substitut de choix gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa texture soyeuse et surtout&#8230;son go\u00fbt si d\u00e9licieux!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Pour l&rsquo;ail r\u00f4ti<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau, trancher la t\u00eate d&rsquo;un bulbe d&rsquo;ail. Ajouter quelques goutes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et une pinc\u00e9e de sel et de poivre.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/motivenutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/DSC_0010.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1077\" title=\"DSC_0010\" src=\"http:\/\/motivenutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/DSC_0010-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/h5>\n<p>&#8211; Bien emballer le bulbe dans un papier parchemin et ensuite dans une feuille d&rsquo;aluminium.
