Mais vous pouvez utiliser la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 que vous avez sous la main.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><\/em>3. Bien laver et s\u00e9cher les feuilles.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0Dans un grand bol, placer le kale, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et le poivre et bien m\u00e9langer avec vos mains pour enrober chaque feuille.<\/p>\n<p>5.
