Vous n&rsquo;avez qu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9tager les composantes dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique et garnir de vinaigrette \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure du midi! Bon app\u00e9tit.<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Portions: 3 \u00e0 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb de petites pommes de terre rouges (grelots), avec la pelure<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>Poivre au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de pois chiches<\/li>\n<li>140 g thon p\u00e2le en morceaux\u00a0<em>environ\u00a01 bo\u00eete<\/em><\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de tomates cerises, coup\u00e9es en deux<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 \u00a0bulbe de fenouil, \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;herbe de fenouil, hach\u00e9 \u00a0(partie verte sur la t\u00eate du bulbe)<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table de c\u00e2pres, avec leur jus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>M\u00c9THODE\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>1. \u00a0Placer les pommes de terre dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau froide sal\u00e9e, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire 15 \u00e0 20 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres. \u00c9goutter les pommes de terre et couper en deux.<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans un petit bol, fouetter le vinaigre et ajouter l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00a0en filet, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une \u00e9mulsion. Ajouter\u00a0le sel et le poivre et mettre \u00e0 part.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dans un grand bol, placer les pommes de terre, pois chiches, tomates cerises, fenouil, herbe de fenouil et c\u00e2pres.<\/p>\n<p>4.
