Des petites bouch\u00e9es simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer qui d\u00e9bordent de fra\u00eecheur!<\/p>\n<h3>INGR\u00c9DIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 concombres, bien lav\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de tomates cerises, coup\u00e9es en 4<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 tasse de fromage feta, \u00e9mi\u00e9tt\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 tasse d&rsquo;olives Kalamata, d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de vinaigre de vin rouge<\/li>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;origan frais, hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>M\u00c9THODE<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Couper les concombres en morceaux d&rsquo;environ 2&Prime; de longueur. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re, \u00e9vider les concombres en faisant attention de ne pas percer le fond.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/motivenutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/how-to.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"how-to\" src=\"http:\/\/motivenutrition.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/how-to-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"614\" height=\"409\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2.
