Des l\u00e9gumes savoureux et sucr\u00e9s. \u00a0Puisque la d\u00e9shydratation est un pr\u00e9-requis pour la caram\u00e9lisation, c&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle les l\u00e9gumes simplement bouillis ne produiront jamais le m\u00eame r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p>Essayez-le, avec cette recette de potage de chou-fleur r\u00f4ti et parmesan.<\/p>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n<h2>Potage de chou-fleur r\u00f4ti<\/h2>\n<h4>Portions: 4<\/h4>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h3>\n<p>1 chou-fleur moyen , coup\u00e9 en bouquets de taille \u00e9gale<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive , divis\u00e9e<br \/>\n1 gros oignon jaune, coup\u00e9 en tranches<br \/>\n4 gousses d&rsquo;ail, hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de thym frais<br \/>\n4 tasses de bouillon de poulet ou de l\u00e9gumes<br \/>\n1\/3 tasse de parmesan fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9<br \/>\nGros sel<br \/>\nPoivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e9thode<\/h3>\n<p>1 . Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 425 \u00ba F. Placez le chou-fleur sur une plaque \u00e0 cuisson, enrober avec 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et saupoudrer de sel et de poivre. R\u00e9partir les fleurons uniform\u00e9ment sur la plaque de cuisson sans surcharger (autrement, ils cuiront \u00e0 la vapeur ) .<\/p>\n<p>2 . R\u00f4tir pendant 25 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le chou-fleur soit bien dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>3 . Chauffer une grande casserole \u00e0 feu moyen , ajouter l&rsquo;autre cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et faire revenir les oignons 7-8 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que translucides. Ajouter l&rsquo;ail et remuer quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4 . Ajouter le chou-fleur r\u00f4ti \u00e0 la casserole , avec le thym et couvrir avec le bouillon. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et ensuite, \u00a0en utilisant un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 main, r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e lisse.<\/p>\n<p>5 .
