Les phytonutriments sont des compos\u00e9s provenant du r\u00e8gne v\u00e9g\u00e9tal qui font partie du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;auto-d\u00e9fense de la plante. En cons\u00e9quence, lorsque nous consommons des aliments riches en phytonutriments comme le chou-fleur, ces compos\u00e9s prot\u00e8gent nos cellules par des activit\u00e9s antioxydantes et anti-inflammatoires ce qui au fil du temps, \u00a0prot\u00e8ge notre corps contre le d\u00e9veloppement de maladies chroniques .<\/p>\n<h2>La versatilit\u00e9 du chou-fleur fait le bonheur<\/h2>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9pare du \u00ab\u00a0couscous\u00a0\u00bb de chou-fleur depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es maintenant, tout simplement en passant les bouquets crus au robot culinaire. \u00a0J&rsquo;aime utiliser ce \u00ab\u00a0couscous\u00a0\u00bb pour faire changement au riz ou encore comme base pour une salade froide. Mais en cro\u00fbte \u00e0 pizza? Quelle id\u00e9e! La premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;en ai entendu parler \u00e9tait via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recipegirl.com\/2012\/01\/16\/cauliflower-crust-hawaiian-pizza\/\">Recipe Girl <\/a>\u00a0l&rsquo;an dernier\u00a0et je travaille la recette depuis.<\/p>\n<p>Mettons une chose au clair: la pizza, \u00e7a se mange avec les mains, pas \u00e0 la fourchette!\u00a0Voil\u00e0 donc mon obstacle avec la plupart des cro\u00fbtes \u00e0 chou-fleur: elles se d\u00e9font trop facilement entre les mains. Probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>La solution? Des mini pizzas. Faciles \u00e0 manipuler, adorables et un \u00ab\u00a0hit\u00a0\u00bb assur\u00e9 chez les enfants!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Mini pizzas \u00e0 cro\u00fbte de chou-fleur<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Donne 6 mini-pizzas<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Cro\u00fbte<\/h3>\n<p>1 petit chou-fleur, coup\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement (ou 2 tasses de \u00ab\u00a0couscous\u00a0\u00bb de chou-fleur)<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tasse de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 Parmigiano Reggiano<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tasse de fromage mozzarella ou provolone r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00a0\u0153uf , l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu<\/p>\n<p>2 c. \u00e0 soupe de persil plat<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de gros sel<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poivre<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/p>\n<h3>Garnitures<\/h3>\n<p>1\/2 tasse de votre sauce aux tomates pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 tasse de fromage mozzarella r\u00e2p\u00e9 ou 6 \u00a0mini bocconcinis, ass\u00e9ch\u00e9s et tranch\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>6 feuilles de basilic frais<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e9thode<\/h3>\n<p>1 . Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375 \u00ba F et tapisser une plaque \u00e0 cuisson de papier parchemin.<\/p>\n<p>2 . Dans un robot culinaire muni d&rsquo; une lame en acier, r\u00e9duire le chou-fleur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il ressemble \u00e0 un couscous. Transf\u00e9rer dans un bol en verre.<\/p>\n<p>3 . Placer le chou-fleur au micro-ondes ou cuire \u00e0 la vapeur 4 \u00e0 5 minutes. Attention, ce sera chaud!<\/p>\n<p>4 . Lorsque le chou-fleur sera assez froid pour manipuler avec les mains, placer dans un coton \u00e0 fromage ou dans un linge \u00e0 vaisselle propre et tordre fortement pour retirer tout le liquide suppl\u00e9mentaire. Jeter ce liquide.<\/p>\n<p>5 . Transf\u00e9rer le chou-fleur dans un bol sec, ajouter les \u00a0fromages et m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>5 . Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer l&rsquo;\u0153uf, le persil, le sel, le poivre et l&rsquo;origan . Fouetter, ajouter au m\u00e9lange de chou-fleur et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>6 . Avec les mains, prendre quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe du m\u00e9lange, former en petite boule et placer sur la plaque de cuisson. Presser fermement et former un petit disque directement sur la plaque, d&rsquo;environ 3 pouces de largeur et 1\/4 de pouce d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter avec le reste du m\u00e9lange, pour donner 5 \u00e0 6 petites pizzas.<\/p>\n<p>7 . Mettre au four 20-25 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le dessous des cro\u00fbtes soit bien dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>8 . Retirer du four et garnir de sauce aux tomates, de mozzarella\/bocconcini et replacer au four pendant 5-7 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le fromage soit bien fondu.<\/p>\n<p>9 .
