J&rsquo;avais aussi mes doutes.<\/p>\n<p>Mais faites-en l\u2019essai et revenez-moi, vous verrez que vous serez agr\u00e9ablement surpris.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, partagez le r\u00e9sultat avec moi sur Instagram via\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/vanperrone\">@VanPerrone<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Petits g\u00e2teaux au fromage crus au citron<\/h2>\n<p>Portions: 12 petits g\u00e2teaux<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cro\u00fbte<\/strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 tasse \u00a0amandes<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse noix de Grenoble<\/li>\n<li>8 dattes Medjool d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es, \u00a0(si durcies, ramollir dans de l&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de 15 minutes)<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c. th\u00e9 cannelle moulu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Garniture au \u00ab\u00a0fromage\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00a01\/2 tasses noix de Cajou\u00a0<strong>crues,<\/strong>\u00a0tremp\u00e9es 8 heures<\/li>\n<li>Le jus de 2 citrons<\/li>\n<li>Zeste de 1\/2 citron<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable pur<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile de noix de coco, fondue<\/li>\n<li>Pulpe de 1 gousse de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Dans un robot culinaire muni d&rsquo;une lame en acier, placer les amandes, les noix de Grenoble, les dates et la cannelle et m\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous obteniez une consistance de petites miettes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Graisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement un moule \u00e0 muffin (un moule en silicone serait l&rsquo;id\u00e9al). R\u00e9partir le m\u00e9lange uniform\u00e9ment dans le moule et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re, presser le m\u00e9lange en une couche \u00e9gale dans le fond de chaque fente pour cr\u00e9er la cro\u00fbte.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dans un robot culinaire ou un m\u00e9langeur \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 haute puissance (VitaMix BlendTec), placer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la garniture et m\u00e9langer 5 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance <em>tr\u00e8s<\/em> lisse.<\/p>\n<p>4. Diviser la garniture uniform\u00e9ment dans le moule \u00e0 muffin. Placer le moule \u00e0 muffin au cong\u00e9lateur pour durcir, environ 4 heures.<\/p>\n<p>5.
