Couvrir et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les courgettes et les poireaux soient ramollis, environ 3 minutes.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Ajouter les petits pois et cuire encore 3 minutes.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"5\">Retirer du feu.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"6\">R\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e au m\u00e9langeur. Rectifier l'assaisonnement.
