M\u00eame si un avocat et une tartine peuvent \u00eatre nourrissants, il manque un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 que je recherche au moment des repas: les prot\u00e9ines.&nbsp;Ces derni\u00e8res contribuent \u00e0 fournir la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 et \u00e0 favoriser le renouvellement cellulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, comment pouvez-vous augmenter la teneur en prot\u00e9ines de vos tartines \u00e0 l&rsquo;avocat? Vous pouvez ajouter une simple pinc\u00e9e de graines de chanvre, essayer mon \u0153uf poch\u00e9 ou go\u00fbter \u00e0 la recette du jour : tartine au thon et \u00e0 l&rsquo;avocat.<\/p>\n<p>Utiliser l&rsquo;avocat au lieu de la mayonnaise renforce le contenu nutritionnel de ce plat pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 pour le d\u00eener sans compromettre la texture cr\u00e9meuse.
