S&rsquo;il est pratique et satisfait mes papilles, je peux prendre le m\u00eame petit-d\u00e9jeuner plusieurs semaines \u00e0 la fois.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour tenter de changer les choses, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 ajouter des fruits r\u00f4tis \u00e0 mes s\u00e9ances de pr\u00e9paration de repas du week-end, que je peux utiliser pour compl\u00e9ter mon gruau le matin.
