En ce qui concerne les sources de prot\u00e9ines qui se pr\u00eatent bien aux soupes, j&rsquo;ai quelques favoris:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>poulet d\u00e9chiquet\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>mini boulettes de dinde<\/li>\n<li>cubes de tofu<\/li>\n<li>et enfin, le moins cher du lot: les haricots et les l\u00e9gumineuses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Haricots et l\u00e9gumineuses emportent la victoire<\/h3>\n<p>En plus de fournir \u00e0 la fois des fibres et des prot\u00e9ines, les haricots et les l\u00e9gumineuses sont \u00e9galement riches en plusieurs micro-nutriments:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>potassium<\/li>\n<li>folate<\/li>\n<li>magn\u00e9sium<\/li>\n<li>fer<\/li>\n<li>zinc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cela dit, assembler quelques vari\u00e9t\u00e9s est le moyen le plus rapide et \u00e9conomique de transformer n&rsquo;importe quelle soupe en un repas copieux.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous achetez des haricots et des l\u00e9gumineuses, vous rencontrerez des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s en conserve \/ en pot. Cependant, puisque leur temps de pr\u00e9paration est consid\u00e9rablement plus long en raison du trempage et de l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition, les l\u00e9gumineuses en conserve et en pot restent une option plus pratique. Pour ceux qui ont des troubles digestifs avec les haricots et les l\u00e9gumineuses, les vari\u00e9t\u00e9s en conserve \/ en pot sont souvent mieux tol\u00e9r\u00e9es en raison d&rsquo;une cuisson minutieuse avant l&#8217;emballage. Mais n&rsquo;oubliez pas de rincer! Vous pouvez utiliser des bocaux en verre pour conserver les sauces, les smoothies, les marinades, les \u00e9pices, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Le verre est naturellement sans BPA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le BPA est un compos\u00e9 chimique et un perturbateur endocrinien connu qui peut s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper des mat\u00e9riaux, tels que les plastiques, et s&rsquo;infiltrer dans les aliments. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que de nombreuses bo\u00eetes de conserve sont toujours recouvertes de BPA, il est raisonnable de rechercher une autre option si vous avez souvent recours \u00e0 des aliments en conserve. Recherchez des canettes sans BPA ou optez pour du verre, qui est naturellement sans BPA.
