Comment fonctionne la diète FODMAP?

Le diète réduite en FODMAPs est tout d’abord une diète thérapeutique et temporaire. Cette approche commence avec une phase d’élimination complète de sources de FODMAP  pendant 4-6 semaines, suite à un enseignement par votre diététiste. Ensuite, lorsque vos symptômes auront diminué, vous débuterez une réintroduction alimentaire contrôlée sur 5 semaines, afin de déterminer les aliments déclencheurs de malaise ainsi que le seuil de FODMAPs que vous pouvez tolérer au quotidien. Suite à la phase de réintroduction,vous serez en mesure d’apprécier une variété d’aliments nutritifs.

11/4 cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
1/3 cup pitted dates (about 7-8) soaked in hot water until soft
1/4 cup white chia seeds
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 scoop (25g) protein powder

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a power blender and blend on high for 1 minute, until perfectly smooth.
Divide among four small jars and allow to rest 8 hours or overnight.
Top with fresh berries and serve.
