We believe in adopting a whole-food, minimally processed diet adapted to your unique preferences. And yes, this can include chocolate.
How much should I eat?
Quantity depends on your individual needs. We will educate you on portion sizes for your needs but our approach relies heavily on teaching you how to recognize your body’s internal signals. (i.e. eating when you’re truly hungry. Stopping when you’re satisfied, not uncomfortably full)
How should I eat?
Healthy eating isn’t only about what you eat, but how you eat it. Learning to savour your food with all your senses, chewing your food, eating slowly are all important skills to master.
