One tip for a more mindful holiday

Over the last few weeks at the MN offices, you’ve been sharing fears and concerns about how to get through the holiday season healthfully. So today I thought I would share with you the only tip I recommend you to focus on to make this happen, allowing you to have a mindful holiday season and still hit the ground rounding come January.
