At MN, we like living in the land of YES.
In a world where can’ts and shouldn’ts reign free and where foods are glorified one day and vilified the next, we much prefer shifting the focus on what we should eat MORE of. What we can say YES to.
Eating well is just so much more approachable and enjoyable that way.
Today we’re saying YES to burgers. YES because they’re simple, quick and a family favourite.
Since this recipe is going to be Sunday’s Meal Prep Challenge feature, we’re going to be baking them in the oven, to make multitasking easy in the kitchen. However, if you want to grill these up, by all means go ahead.
Also, we’re pumping these lean patties with spinach, for great flavour and extra juiciness.
These high-protein, veggie-loaded burgers come together quickly for your weekend meal prep or for a speedy weeknight supper.
You’ll gobble these spinach turkey burgers right up. (Cheesy pun very much intended.)
