I totally agree, I’m actually trying this out this weekend. I’m already doing 45-60 min Pilates in the morning (5.15AM-6.15AM) because I have to leave my house at 7:10AM to get to the office before 8AM. I get home from work at 7PM and try to sleep at 9.30PM in order to sleep 8 hours. I’m already eating healthy (and go once a week with a nutriologist, every Wednesday from 6-7PM). So I want to add 1 hour cardio (walking in the park) but everyday when I get home I cook dinner for me and my husband and lunch for the next day for both so I don’t get time for the cardio. I want to try this weekend to plan the week meals, cook and freeze, and in the afternoons maybe I get to walk the hour in the park. Maybe from 8-9PM, so we can have dinner from 7.30-8PM. I think it sounds good like a plan, let’s see how it works… 😀 Thanks for the tips!!

You definitely have a packed schedule but you seem to have it very much under control! I think some meal prep or batch cooking will help shave some time for you during the week and allow you to squeeze-in that extra cardio session. Keep it up!!!!
