In my world, the end of January usually means two things: 1) it’s superbowl season and 2) we’re in desperate need of healthy meal ideas to keep our good New Year intentions going.

In that spirit, today’s post is a recipe round-up inspired by the superbowl and my favourite super bowls. Below are 9 recipes combining a healthy balance of high-fibre carbs, lean protein, healthy fats and veggies that will keep your energy levels topped-off and your appetite satisfied.

    Thanks for your great recipes. The links for the Chicken and Roasted Root Veggie Bowl and the Balanced Bowls Guide don’t seem to be working.
