We can easily get caught-up in the hunt for new-ness when some of the best solutions don’t require any reinvention. A fruit salad can make a great snack, compliment to breakfast or refreshing dessert at the end of a meal. Today’s recipe highlights some of winter’s seasonal fruit that will be easy to get your hands on.
- 1 pear, chopped
- 1 persimmon, chopped
- 2 kiwi, chopped
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1 cup green grapes, sliced
- 2 clementines, peeled and chopped
- 2 clementines, juiced
- Place the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine and serve.
